Take Your Own Pace and Choose Peace!
Today let’s talk about how important it is - to keep and protect our inner peace.
In the external world there will be always circumstances we can’t affect and we can’t predict. It is changing all the time. Nothing is persistent or invariable.
If we start to follow the crowd, we unconsciously join to this outer rapidness, nervousness, aggression, and even fears. And we start to live being in hurry all our time, trying to be on time, being afraid to miss something.. And we forgot that is never just one and the same destination for all of us.
At the same time we lose inner stability, harmony and peace. And when it happens, it is very difficult afterwards to regain it. It takes a lot of effort to renew those feeling. To find this path back to ourselves..
Our dreams are different, our lives are not the same, our choices also – for each our own.
When we merge with the crowd allowing it to overtake all our feelings and emotions also, we can experience feeling of being lost. Unable to control anything. Feeling helpless. And even getting so deep in negative emotions, that we stop to see the good things happening around us!
But there is always choice!
We can stay focused on your inner world, inner self. And stay calm. Being aware that we are responsible for this peace what is living in us. And we are the ones who make this decision – to merge with external world, or to stay calm being focused on our inner one – no matter what is happening outside of us.
Actually it is about everything. Peace, freedom, faith, joy. It is our choice. And what we choose to feel and keep accruing in us, is what we feed our subconscious. And what we feed our subconscious, is how we feel and see this world around us. It creates our perception. It creates our mindset.
I have shared this truth several times with you, but I feel is do important to be emphasized again. If you want to be free and if you want to live peaceful life, you are the one who makes this choice! Despite any external circumstances. It is just your decision.
And it is not easy. Easiest path – always – to follow others. But while we follow someone else, we lose our own path. Anxiety, fears and again insecurity comes. And our unhappiness can increase, disappointment arises.
There is no more powerful way how to be in harmony with yourself, except this one – to live consciously chosen peaceful life. And to experience this peace - take your own pace. Don’t run with others. Choose your own path and do it on your own pace as well.
From my experience, meditation can help a lot to regain this inner balance. Do them daily. At least 10-15 minutes per day. Spend your time in silence. Meditating. Choose to protect your peace. To keep your own balance. And live in your own pace! To be free.
