As you already know, my name is Dace Pavloviča and I am founder of SHIFT YOUR HABITS. Also I'm known as Dreamer, Doer, Motivational speaker and Life Coach. 

Today I want to share my story about creating SHIFT YOUR HABITS. It all started 22 years ago when in 1997 my dad became ill with depression. ​
Till then I even didn’t know that such illnesses (soul illnesses) exist.  Depression took 13 years of my dad’s life (he mostly spent this time in psychiatric clinic) and then he passed away. Because of medicine (antidepressants, tranquilizers prescribed him by the doctors) he become fully stranger for me in very short period of time. I couldn’t recognize the person whom I trusted and loved so much. He behaved differently, sometimes even didn’t recognize me. I couldn’t get what he talks about. Yes, I could confirm that: he do became stranger for me.

After it I have experienced depression twice by myself also (not just depression – anxiety, fears and vegetovascular dystonia) – in 1998 (soon after my dad got ill with depression) and 2005 (then thoughts about suicide were my daily companions).

Few years later I had back surgery – was laying in bed for a year, all that time I spent suffering physical strong pains in my back. Couldn’t walk, sit and even sleep. Those pains were unbearable.

Since 2005 I have studied anything about anxiety, fears and depression. What are the reasons for people experiencing it? What can we do to protect ourselves from it? What can we do to help ourselves if the depression symptoms are already visible in our daily life?

The main question was definitely this one: what can I do to help myself to get out of that depression state? And how to support other people to never have such an experience I had? What can I do to prevent others from going this really tough and do challenging experience?

I have spent almost 15 years studying, reading literature about anxiety and depression (have read the most part personal development books), attending seminars, webinars, spending 13 years in individual psychotherapy as well. Looking for answers: what are the main reasons we experience anxiety, fears and depression and how could it be resolved.

And I have found the path out of anxiety, depression and vegetovascular dystonia by myself. I'm helping people worldwide now to regain this inner freedom and by inspiring to follow their dreams. I have created my own mental health program “Love Now” which is especially helpful for people who live in fear, stress, anxiety and live with "caged" feeling. This program helps to return back to yourself. To regain inner peace, harmony and become inwardly free again.

I do believe SHIFT YOUR HABITS is all what we need to improve our life quality. To follow our own dreams. To stop pretending living by someone else. As it is the main reason for us – becoming “ill” with depression. When we start to live by pretending someone else – as others would want to us live and behave.  It’s not illness in the traditional way. And just using medicine – it won’t help to become healthy again. Medicine takes off the consequences. But the reason still is unsolved. It still continue to live in ourselves. Depression is request from our souls to follow our own path and not follow the crowd. To stop discredit ourselves. To find our own path and follow our dreams!

To be true ourselves. Be genuine. Be authentic.

If you are going toward what is important for you, implementing your dreams and know your mission in this life, you will never experience depression, neither anxiety. Because you will be experiencing your life, free of stereotypes and other people (society) expectations about you. As your focus will be on yourself, not others anymore. You will stop to think what others would think about you, but will truly live your OWN life. Without fear. Bravely following what is important for you! 

I’m here to help and support you. In your path about Shifting Your Habits. To help you to become happy, joyed, inspired and living your dreams and free of fears and anxiety. To support you to become yourself and to return back to yourself. To live in harmony with yourself. Finding your  "why", your dream and your soul mission in this life as well.
