Shift Your Habits
Listen to your intuition. Always.
You definitely have experienced that feeling. It comes from nowhere. You just know that you need to go somewhere. You just know that you need to say those words to someone. You just feel it with your guts – that you need it. You know exactly what you need to do. You simply know. You can't explain - HOW.
Yes, today let’s talk about our intuition. And power of that. Of course, if we listen to it.
Not trying to run away from what we feel, but carefully listening and taking into account “each word” our intuition says.
If we would always follow our intuition, we would never experience unpleasant surprises. We would become more protective to ourselves. More secured. More being with ourselves in ONE team. Not fighting against what our intuition try to show us.
Yes, that’s true. We all have our rational mind. Who initiates this self-talk in our heads, trying us persuade about the opposite. But based on my experience, I would say:
“No matter how smart and educated you are, no matter how brilliant your mind is, don’t underestimate the power of our intuition. Trust your intuition. It knows more that your mind does.”
Let’s take example. The simplest one. Let’s say you meet someone and somehow you don’t feel good at his/her presence. Also this person is very kind, smiles at you, tell so pleasant words. Still this strange inner feeling, that something is NOT ok.
And possibly two options what you choose. First, you trust your gut and be attentive and observing. Second, you push away your inner feeling, and focus on what your mind says. And mind could say: “He/She is so kind, don’t be suspicious, trust him/her.”
Guess what can happen? I bet you already know the answer. In the second case after some time you will experience some “unexpected”. Not in the best meaning of this word. You didn’t trust your intuition, you put your mind as “general”. And as a result you experience what you experience. Betrayal, sneaky move, lies…
Of course, there can be exceptions. Nothing is just white or black in this world. But you got the idea.
Intuition is powerful.
When you take your decisions – what you rely on more? On your mind or on your intuition? That is true – we will never be able to predict anything. But we can make decisions based on what we “know” now.
And what you do with your own life? Do you listen to yourself or put your focus outside of you when you make important decisions in your life?
And finally, my small story behind all mentioned above. There was music event happening on 1st June, what happens once a year. I had self-talk that evening. I was very tired. My inner voice said – I definitely need to be there.. Rational mind replied: “You are too tired, stay at home. This is so far. It is too late. Maybe another time.”
I made decision based on my intuition. Not mind.
And look what I experienced (see YouTube videos below. Sharing with you that night’s moment of the music event I attended. Following my soul voice, not rational mind. And look what I experienced!!!).
Intuition is definitely our soul language. Always listen to it.
And take actions based on your intuition. There is power behind it. No decision made because of your intuition will be wrong for you! If will feed your heart and your soul.
